From training with professional baseball strength and conditioning coaches, all the way to learning from the best body builders in my area. I have learned over the years that the key to living a healthy life lies somewhere in between. Being functional and explosive but also strong and built has allowed me to understand that there are key Ingredients to every persons life. Having that key unlocks a new way of living. One that is present to being exposed but comfortable with its obstacles. When a person is capable of controlling their mind and body then that is when someone can truly have a peace of mind. I believe in doing the hard things in order to get that sense delayed gratification.
