I have made it my mission to help women all around the world embrace their ‘perfectly-imperfect’ bodies, no matter which part of their fit journey they’re in ! Yes, I’m talking about our cellulite, back rolls, hip dips... we are all so beautiful in our own way! I started my journey from the bottom, I went from being afraid of the gym, to competing in a Powerlifting competition, to becoming a coach, to now prepping for my first NPC Wellness competition. I have learned so much throughout every milestone. I've learned that every tough situation creates a better you. By challenging myself to do the things that scare me, the things that push me past my comfort zones, I grow.
