My name is Diana Garcia and I am a certified personal trainer with a Bachelor’s degree in nutrition. I am passionate about helping women transform their lives and become the best version of themselves. My mission is to empower women   through fitness so they can feel confident, strong  and healthy.

I have been working out for nine years, powerlifting for six years and been coaching for five years. During this time, I have helped hundreds of clients achieve their fitness goals, whether it’s building strength and muscle, losing weight, toning up or making lifestyle changes.

I believe that fitness is not just about physical transformation, but also mental. Fitness not only improves your mindset but makes you mentally stronger. I’ve seen firsthand how fitness has improved my confidence, built discipline, patience, consistency and good habits. Fitness helped me take control of my life and I want to help my clients do the same.

With my knowledge and expertise I am able to help women make exercise and healthy eating a part of their sustainable lifestyle, without having to resort to extreme dieting.

As a personal trainer and nutritionist I am  committed to helping my clients achieve their goals in a safe and effective way. I design personalized workout regimens and nutrition plans based on my client’s unique needs and goals. I take a holistic approach by focusing not only on exercise but also on nutrition and building healthy habits. I believe that small daily habits will lead to long term sustainability. I also provide ongoing support and motivation to ensure that my clients stay on track.

Growing up I was never into sports, I was very slim which lead me to be a Model since the age of 14 doing runway shows and print model as I got older due to birth control I gained close to 20lbs in about 3-6 months, I hated how i looked and I was getting sent back home from modeling gigs because I wouldn’t fit on the clothing I had to model, that’s when it hit me how much weight I gained and tried many different things to drop weight but nothing seem to work until I started going to the gym back in 2016. That’s when my fitness journey started and it hasn’t stopped since then. Back in 2017 I had the itch to compete in bodybuilding and started to take my journey to the next level, I did my first competition end of 2017, in 2018 I turned Pro for a natural federation obtaining 8 Pro championships titles by 2020, in 2021 I decided to take it to the next level and started competing for NPC with the goal to turn IFBB Pro in Bikini, 2022 I turned IFBB Pro. Besides bodybuilding I’m also an extreme endurance Athlete, I have completed over 20 endurance events of the length of 8, 12, 40 and 50 hrs non stop in USA and in Europe. The gym has been my therapy, my happy place where I’ve had transformed myself inside out, I’ve grown in every aspect of my life. I have 7 years of experience in bodybuilding, Spartan training, extreme endurance and boxing in my own journey. I have 5 years of experience in fitness coaching and personal training. I’ve had work with kids in an anti bullying program, trained adult classes, Peronal training for lifestyle or competition athletes. I love fitness and I’m very passionate about it, my goal is to inspire, motivate and help others in their fitness journey.
